From the 91 head east to the 215 north, exit columbia, (1st exit after 60) stay in the left lane on the offramp & make a left turn, (do not loop around to the right to columbia) you will be on East La Cadena, head down 1/4 mile to 1006 E. La Cadena.
From the 215 San bernardino area head South on 215, take the columbia exit, head through the intersection and to the left to columbia, turn left on columbia, go over the bridge and turn left at the bottom of the bridge at East La Cadena, head down 1/4 mile to 1006 East La Cadena Dr.
